**As the Store Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the Chocolateria, providing exceptional service to San Churro customers and producing our amazing products to a high-standard. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring other employees as well as upholding San Churro and OHS standards. **Skills and experience**
- **Experience in the hospitality industry within a shift-running or management position**:

- **Barista experience is muy bien**:

- **Exceptional customer service skills**:

- **Able to work in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Available to work across a 7-day roster including late nights.**

**Key responsibilities**
- **Responsible for assisting with the management of COGS - including ordering, deliveries, food safety logs, product wastage and stock takes.**:

- **Responsible for ensuring the store meets compliance results month to month by assisting in day to day operations.**:

- **Responsible for assisting with Food Safety, including temperature logs, delivery logs, thermometer calibration & FIFO.**:

- **Ensure store is visually merchandised to standard at all times.**:

- **Monitor and report all and repairs and maintenance issues & oversee preventativemaintenance for your store to your store manager.**:

- **Communicate issues clearly and concisely.**:

- **Lead by example at all times.**:

- **Assist in the promotion of a clean and vibrant workplace** **at all times.**:

- **Promote and maintain a safe and healthy environment for all team members at all times.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.33 - $24.76 per hour
