In partnership with our client, we are working to source a passionate and skilled professional to join a successful team of like-minded driven professionals.
**Your new role**
The person we are after will be a highly capable Driller with contour drilling experience on T45 drills. You must be keen to play an integral part in the vital drilling aspects of their operation in the Western Ranges.
After pre-start checks, successfully operate drills as needed to drill holes according to drill pattern and plan for the planting of explosives. You will be tasked to maintain bits, hammers and steel tubes and can change steel as needed with the offsider. Inspection and maintenance of drill mechanisms will be necessary, lubricating systems and inspecting fluid levels. You will be preparing and maintaining production reports and keeping maintenance records as per the company standards.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Australian C Class driver's licence (HR Desirable)
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
- Effective communication and a solid work attitude
- Strong safety focus and the ability to work in a team environment
