**About The Centre**

Thrive Hornsby is our 92 place centre located in Northern Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

Our culture is inclusive, collaborative and encouraging. We have a diverse team of educators and promote open communication between leadership and team members.

**About The Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an educator with a completed diploma qualification to join the team in a **permanent full time **capacity.

This position will see you working **8 hours per day **, Monday to Friday **or 10 hours per day **, 4 days per week.

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities
