Hc Drivers

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a casual pool of experienced HC licenced drivers based in the western surburbs, to undertaking local & regional work. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals who are required to display a commitment to the company and their compliance standards and values.

**Specific duties include but are not limited to**:

- Day to day operation of a multi and or heavy combination vehicle.
- Daily Prestart checks on vehicle and MHE equipment.
- Based in Truganina, Melbourne Metro work.
- Completing con notes/run sheets and ensuring you collect all the critical documents.
- Adhering to the Driver Manual and customer safety goals in direct areas of responsibility and adhering to all relevant OH&S legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
- Recording load weight in accordance with HVM.

**Minimum 2 years' experience (refrigeration experience highly desirable).**
- Extensive experience with coupling and uncoupling trailers, setting up Double & or Semi combinations.
- Good understanding of load restraint.
- Possess an HC Licence.
- High customer service skills, good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.
- Mature attitude with the ability to work independently.
