**What You'll Do**

You'll provide vital support to residents by meeting their individual needs with dignity and compassion, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with daily living tasks, including mobility, meals, and personal care.
- Contribute to care plan updates and ensure accurate documentation to support ongoing resident care.
- Maintain a safe, secure, dignified, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
- Perform position responsibilities in accordance with the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.

**About You**

You are a compassionate, patient, and dedicated professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to person-centred care. Your strong communication skills allow you to connect with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring the highest standard of support and service.

**Your experience and qualifications for the role will consist of**:

- ** Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)**or equivalent.
- Previous **experience in aged care or a similar setting**is highly desirable.
- Completion **of HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medication is desirable.**:

- ** Certificate IV in Ageing Support and a current First Aid and CPR certificate**are advantageous.

**Other Requirements**:

- A current National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check - or willingness to obtain if required.
