Paralegal Officer

- Supporting Council lawyers in the provision of professional legal advice and services to Council.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- As an experienced Paralegal with cross functional and multi
- disciplinary expertise you will
- Support Council Lawyers through the drafting of correspondence and related legal documentation.
- Manage all documentation required to undertake property transactions.
- Manage and attend to enquiries from stakeholders
- Facilitate legislative and policy compliance; to provide cost effective and transparent decision making; and to protect and advance Council and the community’s interests

- **Package Range**:$70,000 - 79,000 gross per annum (FTE) plus 10.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Opportunity. Expressions of interest are open to applicants looking to work a variety of hours ranging from 21 - 35 hours per week.
