Warranty Supervisor

Sharp & Carter are partnered with a well known & dynamic residential developer & builder. This group is currently building over 2000 homes per year across medium density, house + land projects and boutique high-end townhouse developments. We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance & Warranty Supervisor to the team, this role will initially be hands on and as the volume of work grows an opportunity to step into management will be available

**The role**
- Co-ordinate and schedule trades and services to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible
- Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA’s for defecting rectification standards.
- Liaise with major clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes currently within the maintenance and warranty period when necessary.
- Check & review maintenance and warranty reports

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
