Dispatch Co-ordinator

We’re looking for someone new to join our online order fulfillment department

Job Summary:
Your role would be to provide fast and accurate service to our online customers, by picking, packing, and sending orders each weekday as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring our high standard of customer service is maintained by operating in a timely manner and by managing any special requests customers may have (we sell a lot of gifts). You will work closely with the shop floor team and the media team, therefore, good communication skills are key. This role is fluid, meaning you will be expected to be adaptive in order to support other areas of the business as we all work together as a team, especially at busier times

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack and send all orders each day from multiple platforms
- Maintain an organised system and stock layout in your work space
- Keep supplies fully stocked
- Organise corporate orders for our wholesale business
- Flexible to work on shop floor when needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Minimum high school qualifications or equivalent. Australian citizens, permanent residents or have a visa with permission to work for at least 12 months with us
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum computer skills

Previous experience in a similar role and environment preferred. References essential.

**Job Type**: Casual part-time 5 days a week Monday - Friday with increased hours November/December.
