Experinced Ict Buiness Analyst

Our Agency is currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual with 2 years of experience to join our team as an ICT Business Analyst. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience in IT, looking to further develop their career. You will play a key role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, cloud workloads, and business platforms, while continuing to grow your skills in various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with users to understand their needs and produce requirements specifications for IT solutions.
- Investigate and evaluate current processes, procedures, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assist with project management tasks, including resource estimation, milestone setting, and risk assessment using industry-standard methods.
- Manage helpdesk tickets, providing timely resolutions for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets (configuration, assignment, and disposal) and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security groups, ensuring compliance with best-practice security policies.
- Maintain IT process and training documentation, continuously refining procedures to improve efficiency and clarity.
- Assist with maintaining and updating cloud workloads (e.g., Azure) to support evolving business needs.
- Enforce IT security policies, keep systems up to date with patches, and implement best practices for data protection.

About You:

- At least 2 years of experience in IT, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to continue learning.
- Familiarity with Networking, Windows OS, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, managing competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to handle documentation and asset management.

Desirable to Have:

- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
- Experience supporting or administering Windows 10/11, Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Office 2016/365, Azure/EntraID, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, or virtualized environments.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and manage expectations.
- Experience providing IT support in small to medium-sized ICT environments (up to ~150 employees).
