Dental Receptionist

We’re looking for a warm, organised, and proactive **Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our dental practice If you have previous experience in dental assisting or sterilisation — or a keen interest in learning — we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As our Receptionist, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for patients — in person and over the phone
- Initially this role is for Mondays, Occasional Saturdays with a opportunity for more shifts
- Manage appointments and patient enquiries
- Coordinate patient records and billing
- Assist the clinical team with sterilisation processes when needed
- Be willing to support in the surgery as needed (training provided if required)

You’ll Bring:

- Previous dental or medical reception experience (preferred but not essential)
- Dental assisting or steri experience OR a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A warm, professional, and can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $30.00 per hour
