Engineering Assistant

Assist in the management and delivery of projects, as directed by managers, utilising appropriate technical expertise and management skills to ensure completion within agreed timeframes, cost and quality standards. Undertake project management of projects of a moderate complexity. Assist the project manager to prepare plans, shop drawings, charts, and sketches for civil engineering works such as piles, pontoons, barges, steelworks and other structures. Estimating material costs and ensuring nished works are within speci cations, drawings and contract provisions. Collecting and analysing data, and carrying out computations Arranging the shipment and following up the delivery. Inspecting civil engineering works, and arranging third-party testing of materials As built dimension survey and record on site.

Qualifications and skills: Knowledge and experience in civil engineering in the fabrication of steelworks and structures as well pontoon and piles construction Current class C driver’s license Australian bachelor's degree major in civil engineering Building & Construct - White Card Be professional, and confident, maintain a high standard, strong teamwork ability

**Salary**: Up to $74,000.00 per year
