**The role**

In conjunction with the Concierge Team, the Overnight Cleaner will be responsible for the presentation and cleanliness of the private amenity areas of Saint Moritz Beachfront Residences.

The role will include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, steam cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and spa areas. You will also be required to answer the Concierge phone for overnight resident queries or requests and to be available to assist in emergency situations.

Working alongside the Concierge Team, you will have an eye for detail. We pride ourselves on delivering a spotlessly clean and well-maintained building and you will be part of regular inspections that ensure compliance with the standards set by Building Management Agreement and Owners’ Corporation Rules.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak comfortably with residents and their guests, our team and other key partners within the business.

First Aid Training will be provided.
