**About the role**

As **Housekeeping Manager**, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping department. You’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our accommodation, public areas, and facilities, all while leading, training, and motivating your team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations and team performance
- Ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards
- Managing rosters, stock control, and linen operations
- Training and developing your team to deliver outstanding service
- Supporting workplace health, safety, and sustainability initiatives

**Approved Sponsor**: Minor Hotels Australasia Limited (previously known as Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited)

**Annual salary**: $75,000-80,000 (excluding superannuation)

**Expected hours**: 38 per week

**Qualifications** What we’re looking for**
- Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or hotel operations
- Strong eye for detail with commitment to quality and standards
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A hands-on leader who inspires and motivates their team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
