**The Opportunity**:
Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in **Huntly.**

You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

**What shifts are we offering?**
- Thursdays 5pm-7pm
- Thursdays 9pm-11pm
- Alternating Fridays 7.30am-10am
- Alternating Fridays 3pm-7pm
- Alternating Sat and Sun 5pm-7pm
- Saturday 9pm-11pm

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
