A small architecture practice based in the inner-city suburbs who focus on government projects predominately in Victoria.

**The Role**

As the sole administrator, you will support the directors and team with marketing and administration tasks, predominately focusing on tender submission.

A strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines is a must-have.

**Please note**: This is a part-time role working 3-4 days per week. Days/hours can be flexible.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Submissions support
- Liaising with staff regarding relevant information for tender
- Using Adobe InDesign to produce submissions/tender responses & other marketing materials
- Holding colleagues accountable to deadlines
- Updating and maintaining template library (Staff CVs, capability statements, etc).

Admin Support
- Greeting clients
- Event Coordination
- Producing various documents and presentation
- Office upkeep and maintenance - ordering supplies and stationary

**Skills and experience**
- Previous office administration/marketing experience in the building/design industry is preferred
- Adobe InDesign is highly regarded
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
