**About the role**

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented and resilient team player to join our team. You’ll supervise and lead a team of Registered Nurses and Carers to ensure our residents are provided with excellent quality care, that supports their choices and preferences. You’ll also support their medication management requirements. This role is **permanent full-time,** Monday to Friday with some flexibility around your hours worked.

**About you**

**Skills and experience**
- You have a current registration as a Registered Nurse without notation
- Aged Care industry experience as a Care Manager (including supporting residents living with dementia)
- Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse leader
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as a Care Manager or RN
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards, auditing processes and ACFI
- Competence in Medication Management Systems
