The purpose of this role is to make sure that all Appliances Online customers have a positive experience from start to finish when dealing with us.

This role consists of dealing with customers to resolve issues and discuss our services, understanding business processes and tools we use to measure customer satisfaction, understanding the internal workings of the business and the processes that go into generating orders, sales and delivery.
- Continuously review and identify process improvements to ensure exceptional customer service, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business, as well as external parties, to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Assist in range management for large-scale customers.
- Oversee timely management of all order entry and queries across the B2B, Childcare, Real Estate, Insurance, Service Agent, Rewards and Project businesses.
- Work together with other team members to exceed targets and provide the highest possible standard of service to our customers.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested.
- Lead by example by embodying each of Winning’s company values.

**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience in a commercial customer service based role with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a sales environment exceeding KPIs and targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High computer literacy with previous experience using a CRM or sales system being beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues.

**Additional Information**
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
