**The Wallan Veterinary Hospital are seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our growing team**

**About Us**

The Wallan Veterinary Hospital is a small-animal, purpose-built, award-winning facility located in Wallan. We are a fun and supportive team who all love what we do.

We strive to provide our community with affordable, professional healthcare for their furry family members with the aim to be the clinic of choice for the surrounding area. We are equipped to perform procedures ranging from orthopedics’ and arthroscopes, to advanced diagnostic imaging and all routine procedures. Our veterinary team have special interests in surgery, cardiology, dermatology and emergency and our nursing team have a combined experience of over 45 years.

**The Role**

**We are looking for our next **_superstar receptionist_** to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This role will see you**:

- Managing the appointment schedule
- Processing payments & balancing end of day takings
- Administration support to our team of Veterinarians and Nurses
- Client education and product sales
- A permanent full-time role
- No weekend’s and no after hours
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner
- Provides high standards of care to our clients and patients
- Mature and professional when dealing with clients
- Excellent at time management and multi-tasking
- Ability to use initiative, working in a team and independently when required
