**About The Role**

The successful applicant will join our already established Brewery team working hands on in all areas of the brewing process. You’ll be guided by our experienced Senior Brewer to develop and sharpen your Brewery knowledge and skills. Duties will include:

- Wort Production
- Product Development
- Cellar Management
- Beer System Maintenance
- Focus on Hygiene and Organisation
- Raw material and chemical handling

**What we are looking for.**
- Passion and enthusiasm for Beer
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Desire to Learn and continue to upskill.
- Maintain high standards and lead by example
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Science Background
- General Certificate in Brewing
- Cicerone or BJCP certification
