Soul Origin DFO South Wharf is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, customer focused superstars to be part of our kitchen team

As a back of house team member, you’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing all menu items in a safely and efficiently.
- Receiving stock using FIFO method.
- Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
- Light cooking/frying for panini and baguette fillings.
- Cleaning and closing the kitchen.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Experience using commercial grade knives
- Understanding of Food Safety practices
- Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
