Light & Wonder are currently seeking a CRM and UAT Administrator to join the team.

**What you will do**
- Conduct day-to-day UAT testing and support UAT testing lead for Microsoft D365
- Perform end-end UAT testing against accounts, opportunities, contracts, reports, back-end configuration and workflows and other routine tasks
- Diligently document and escalate issues/bugs found relevant to UAT test plans to the project team
- Responsible for UAT test plan acceptance and sign off
- Monitor data integrity within the platform
- Support data review, re-fresh prior to go live
- Assist with the training of business users for both UAT and go live
- Assist business users with best practice CRM useability to improve and increase their knowledge of Microsoft D365

**What you will bring**
- Experience with CRM administration, system customizations and configurations and standard CRM business processes and workflows
- Experience with CRM UAT testing
- Experience with bug/issue investigation and tracking and ability to communicate UAT feedback to technical personnel
- Excellent data entry and time management skill
- An aptitude for diagnosing, analysing and resolving system challenges and familiarity of UAT escalation processes
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a helpful and friendly attitude
- Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate various tasks
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Maturity to deal with people at all levels of the organization
