Step Into Your Next Chapter:
The succesful applicant will commence no later than 18 August 2025.
Provide individual support, case management and group support to students to maximise their engagement with education and training.
Develop and foster relationships between the school and families of students to assist at risk students to remain engaged with education or training.
Support excursions, extra-curricular activities and schoolwide events (e.g., coaching sports teams, attending camps, reward trips, etc.)
Deliver programs to support the cultural, social and emotional wellbeing of students as required.
Identify barriers to young people achieving outcomes and referral to appropriate support services.
