Looking for an exciting career change in the mining industry? Niche Resources has an urgent requirement for highly skilled entry level and experienced surface offsiders to fill a 20/10 FIFO role across South Australia

Our fast-track
**traineeship** routes will allow you to become a qualified driller in no time Start next week and kick off the new year with a new
**FIFO** drilling career that will take you all over the state, country, and world if you desire.

Not only will you earn the
** $$$** you've heard about, but you will also have a stable long-term career path to follow.

At Niche Resources, we offer competitive weekly pay, and a salary range of
**$105,000 - $139,500 per year.** You can earn up to and over
**$180k** once you complete the two-year traineeship.

**What we require**:

- Current Australian C Class manual drivers license** (No P-Plates)**:

- Fit, healthy, and ready to do the hard yards
- Willingness to embark on a highly paid two-year traineeship
- Currently located in South Australia as this role if FIFO from Adelaide

**What we prefer**:

- Experience in, on, or around drill rigs
- FIFO mining experience in any capacity
- Farming or heavy labour backgrounds
- Current national police clearance
- HR drivers license (HR-B ok)

You've read this far and still have no idea what a drillers offsider does? Essentially you're the trade assistant or t/a to the qualified driller. You do the labouring and the heavy lifting. It's the hardest job in the mining industry but every day is a learning experience and another step up the ladder toward your drilling traineeship. To one day, become a driller yourself.
