We are seeking meticulous, detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our growing team on a subcontract basis. As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing deep cleaning services to homes in our service area, ensuring each client’s space is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces in all areas of the home.
- Use Ecodev products to clean in a safe and eco-friendly manner.
- Ensure high attention to detail to maintain homes in a ‘show home’ condition.
- Work closely with the owner/operator and adhere to the company’s standards of excellence.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs or requests.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanour while working in clients’ homes.
- Handle and care for cleaning equipment provided by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, preferably in deep cleaning services.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfectionism in cleaning tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to travel between Ipswich and City for cleaning assignments.
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
- ABN & Police check required (subcontractor status).
- Public liability insurance & Accident/ Injury insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
