**About the role**

This is a great career opportunity if you have optical experience and are looking for a pathway into** store leadership.**

OR you may be in another retail field and have 2IC experience already but want a way into the rewarding health industry environment.

In this role you’ll learn leadership skills and will be offering solutions to meet customer needs, suggesting the best products using your eyewear styling and sales skills.

You will be trained and supported by our **Warringah Mall** Store Leader who is dynamic, experienced and excels at building inclusive teams.

**About you**

You’re looking for something more than a standard retail role.

You're happy to work towards store sales targets, promotion campaigns and special offers. You will be well rewarded for doing so with bonus paid monthly.

You'd like the chance to work with designer brands in a fast-paced retail role. You will really make a difference to lives, by helping customers feel great about their eyewear.
