We are on the lookout for a **Technical Welding Specialist** with a blend of technical knowledge, training abilities, and a flair for showcasing our products.

**Your Roles**:

- **Empower and Educate**: Conduct training sessions for our internal staff and external partners, sharing your deep knowledge of welding.
- **Assist Customers with Troubleshooting and Advice**: You'll also play a crucial role in helping our customers by providing expert troubleshooting support and advice on our products.
- **Product Testing Expert**: Be hands-on in testing new welding machines, wires, and consumables, ensuring only the best for our customers.
- **Versatile Welding Expertise**: Utilise your skills in MIG, TIG, and MMA welding to provide insightful recommendations and product enhancements.
- **Content Creation and Social Media Engagement**: You'll be responsible for crafting and leading compelling content on social media, including instructive how-to guides and project videos. This role combines showcasing our high-quality products on platforms like YouTube with demonstrating their superiority and engaging our audience through your welding expertise.

**We Are Looking For**:

- A seasoned professional with extensive experience in various welding methods.
- Someone who thrives in both a workshop and a digital content creation environment.
- A creative thinker who can provide innovative solutions and product improvements.

**Note**:
Please ensure to submit reference photos of your welding results, as this is a mandatory requirement. Additionally, you will be required to undergo a welding test to demonstrate your proficiency.

**Salary**: $45,972.07 - $100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Welding: 1 year (preferred)
