- W_e are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our Kyneton Health team. This is a part time ongoing position working 2 days per week, these are set days (Tuesday, Sunday). This role supports our Patient Services and ward areas. We are seeking applicants who are highly motiviated, organised with excellent customer service skills.
About the role:
- Administration duties supporting our Patient Services team (includes: Admitting patients, private health fund checks, preparation of admission paperwork)
- Ward clerk duties - providing support to the clinical team
- Triaging phone calls
- Appointment booking for patient
**_ Details of Appointment_**
Permanent 32 hours per fortnight
**Salary**: $29.58 Per hour (with award rules and weekend penalties) + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
