**What is the role?**

The Groove Train - mernda team is after a skilled **Barista** to prepare all our Groove Train beverages. As one of our Baristas, you will be charismatic and share our love for coffee.

**About you**:

- Previous Barista/Bar experience;
- Experience in food & hospitality;
- Committed to creating excellent coffee and Groove Train beverages;
- Able to grind, tamp, pour and texture like no other;
- Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays;
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Enthusiastic, energetic and is willing to go out of the way to ensure the customer is happy.

Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $21.30 - $28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chirnside Park, VIC 3116: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
