Grounds Maintenance Operative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain neat and healthy landscapes.
- Operate brushcutters and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with garden maintenance, including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while performing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.
- Proficient in using brushcutting equipment and edging tools.
- Strong understanding of garden maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
