Burleigh/ Tallebudgera Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused person to join our Property Management Team as a Leasing Consultant.

We're a team who will help you personally grow, week in and week out. We'll teach you the industry so you can become an expert and get a head start on your real estate career.

A Burleigh/Tallebudgera Real Estate are arguably one of the leading Real Estate agencies on the Southern Gold Coast. With a focus on providing fantastic training and opportunities to grow and well supported by an experienced team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide support to the Property Managers in a range of functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties in accordance with the property investor’s instructions
- Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation
- Viewings
- Conduct Routine Inspections
- Act as a liaison between tenants and property investors
- Ensure that properties are maintained and presented in accordance with the property investor’s instructions

**We are seeking someone with the following qualities**:

- Positive attitude
- Ability to think on your feet
- Unbelievable work ethic which involves a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn from other team members

In addition to the above qualities you MUST hold a QLD drivers license, a Certificate of Registration and be available to work on Saturday’s with a rostered day off during the week.
