**The Opportunity**:

- 6-12 months

**About You**:

- You have strong legal experience in oil and gas
- You have regulatory and/or competition law experience
- You have experience working on upstream and downstream contracts
- You have experience reviewing marketing material
- You have experience and the ability to co-ordinate responses to ACCC notices
- You have experience providing legal guidance, risk assessments, review and respond to voluntary requests
- You are comfortable with assisting with occasional project work
- You are comfortable being on the tools and undertaking BAU work
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
- You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
