**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Own Your Pipeline**: Identify leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals that meet targets.
- **Sales Appointments**: Run site assessments, prepare project estimates, and deliver proposals that **wow** clients.
- **Hit Your Targets**: Generate monthly sales revenue with large average job sizes.
- **Convert Like a Boss**: Close a minimum of 28% of all sales appointments provided or self-generated.
- **Maximize Margins**: Close high-value deals — because we’re not in the business of lowball quotes or budget jobs. We deliver **premium solutions** to clients who value quality.
- **Follow Up Relentlessly**: There’s no lead you can’t close and no opportunity you’ll let slip through the cracks.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **3+ years** of proven success in sales (painting, construction, or trade industry preferred).
- A closing mindset—you don’t stop until you get a **yes or a no**.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A natural relationship builder who earns **trust and respect** with clients.
- Tech-savvy: CRM systems, sales tools, and apps are second nature to you.
- **Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence** (because you’ll be out there getting deals done).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
