- This role is part of Lockheed Martin Australia’s Office of Australian Industrial Participation (OAIP) to support Lockheed Martin’s MFC ADSCO (Missiles and Fire Control Australian Defence Strategic Capabilities Office) industrial development efforts in Australia.
- The role has primary responsibility for developing and implementing industrial cooperation / offset programs in support of current and / or future industrial cooperation obligations in Australia.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and implement sub-contracting requirements in support of current and/or future industrial development obligations specifically in support of MFC Australian Defence Strategic Capabilities Office (ADSCO) priorities and associated Australian Industry Capability (AIC) obligations
- Coordinate the onboarding of Australian capabilities that align with Lockheed Martin’s business priorities/models
- Interface regularly with local and international Lockheed Martin procurement and industrial development teams directly supporting capture objectives
- Assist in the development of key market scans, research, analysis and reports
- Source, negotiate and purchase indirect goods and services to support MFC
- Evaluates areas of opportunity to leverage goods and services acquisitions
- Review proposals, negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers, analyse trends, follow up orders placed, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records
- Prepare request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyse and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend suppliers, prepare awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
- Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority
- Evaluate use of Corporate Agreements, under advisement from Enterprise Operations GSCO, when applicable
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and procurement systems
- Provide status and reports to relevant MFC and Global Supply Chain Operations and Australian Stakeholders, such as Finance.
- Ensure compliance with the Australian Acquisition Procedures.
- Participate, support and lead negotiations as appropriate, on behalf of the company within approved authority.

**About you**:

- To be successful in securing this position, you will have:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
- Excellent ability to understand and interpret customers' needs and requirements and relate them back to programmatic processes
- Excellent ability to manage flexibility with tasks and schedules.
- Excellent ability to interact professionally with executive level personnel internal and external to Lockheed Martin.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, self-starter, proactive, organised
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Excellent ability to schedule and manage time effectively with mínimal supervision
- Excellent ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) of tools

Desirable:

- Significant experience in working with small to medium enterprises and universities in Australia
- Significant experience with Australian export control compliance
- International business experience

**Special Requirements**:
