**About The Team**:
Coles Property looks after one of Australia's most dynamic portfolios. Coles Group has over 2,500 retail locations around Australia—and we're growing every day. Our team manages every one of these locations. And we work side-by-side with our business units on all thing's property, from site acquisition through to asset management.

**About The Role**:
As our Retail Leasing Executive, you will support the QLD State Leasing Manager and the wider state-based team with the delivery of property objectives for Coles Supermarkets with a focus on growing our store network in Queensland.

Joining a supportive and happy team, this broad and exciting role will include budgeting, portfolio planning, financial feasibility analysis, and negotiation of new leases for new stores.

**You'll also**:

- Assist in developing and evolving the property strategy for existing and new markets
- Be the point of contact for property matters.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations & meeting materials.

**About you and your skills**:
With 2+ years of commercial property experience, you'll demonstrate strong general knowledge of property and property related terms. You'll be a brilliant communicator and negotiator with strong organisational and planning skills.
