Warehouse Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in the Pharmaceutical/3PL Industry.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role on the daily running of all warehouse activities.
- **Key Responsibilities;**_
- Daily supervision of the warehouse team (up to 8)
- Accept incoming stock
- Execute and maintain records for Quarantine, Recall & Destruction of stock
- Ensure stock transfers & exports are completed inline with KPIs
- Organize & coordinate freight forwarders
- Ensure staff are inducted & follow safety procedures
- Allocation of tasks
- Monitor all stock movement & ensure it is properly authorized
- Follow up on delivery issues or damages
- Work closely with customer service regarding product delays or complaints
- **About you;**_
- Min 3-5 years as a warehouse supervisor or leading hand
- Knowlege of import/export Land, Sea and Air
- Working knowledge of dangerous goods
- Valid forklift & drivers license
- Pharmaceutical experience

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Warehouse supervisor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
