**About the Role**:
As a Sushi Maker, you will be responsible for preparing basic Japanese sushi rolls with high attention to detail, quality, and presentation. You will also assist in maintaining kitchen standards and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sushi rice and other sushi components, assemble and pack sushi rolls
- Maintain the highest standards of freshness, quality, and portion control for all prepped items. Monitor ingredient quality and report any concerns immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.

**Requirements**:

- Must have prior experience working in a similar sushi take-away environment
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday mornings
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Sushi making: 1 year (preferred)
