Our services include catering, a retail café, and a school canteen, all built around creating a supportive environment for our staff.

**Position Overview**
We’re looking for a **Catering Assistant / Sandwich Artist** to join our team and help bring our delicious creations to life If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. You’ll work alongside a great team to prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches and menu items, ensuring they’re crafted with attention to detail and great presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items according to our recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Mentor and train other staff as needed, sharing your knowledge of food prep and presentation.
- This position also involves supporting, supervising & training people with disability to develop their hospitality skills so fluent english is essential

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant experience in a similar hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
- Must be prepared to submit to NDIS Workers Clearance
