**About Us**:
Milestone It have partnered with a leading multinational organisation who are known for their great culture and brand recognition. Our client is looking for a consultant to come and work with them in the role of a Solutions designer for the Workday solution specifically focussing on the Hr module.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design, configure, and implement Workday solutions that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Leverage your expertise to provide insights into best practices and innovative solutions.
- Monitor and optimize solutions, ensuring they continue to meet evolving business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualifications or certifications
- experience designing Workday solutions or similar HR/finance systems.
- Proficiency in Workday HR modules/tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
