Residential Service is seeking kind, energetic Health Care Workers to join our team at Golden Oaks Nursing Home. In this role, you will provide quality care and support with daily living activities in line with the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards. We aim to create a home-like environment where residents’ independence and choices are respected. If you’re compassionate and dedicated to aged care, we’d love to hear from you.

**Your new division**

The AC PH Aboriginal and Diversity Services Division has a primary focus on improving the health outcomes of the communities in our region. With a range of local and regional programs supporting place-based health promotion, prevention, care and support, they work collaboratively with other Divisions and regional partnerships and networks to support quality outcomes. The Division has a strong leadership role in the Loddon Mallee Region and is committed to ensuring processes are in place to deliver on our Division.
