_Manage the overall daily running of the workshop to ensure efficient & effective results for customers while maintaining a safe working environment. Liaise with customers to ensure timely turn around of jobs._
- Main duties and responsibilities_

Core objectives include:

- _Manage staff to ensure tasks completed efficiently._
- _Liaise with customers to ensure complete satisfaction._
- _Manage quality control of products being coated._
- _Ensure all equipment is scheduled for regular maintenance._
- _Negotiate rates with customers, rates in-line with best cost and best practice._
- _Reduce factory waste by best practice._
- _Support the business by positively promoting OH&S with self, others._

The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
