Join Our Team as a Furniture Maker.

**About Us**:
We're small team making furniture designed for modern needs, taking into consideration the changing ways in which we each use our furniture. Made from sustainably sourced hardwoods and hand finished in natural oils, we craft every piece with the patience required to bring brilliance out of wood from our Melbourne workshop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpreting furniture design drawings and cut lists
- Dressing rough timber using a jointer and thicknesser
- Precision cutting timber using various saws
- Sanding furniture to a high grade finish using hand sanding, orbital sanders, wide belts and edge sanders
- Repairing timber pieces
- Prepping and finishing furniture pieces using natural oils
- Assembly of furniture components

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Cabinet Making/Furniture Making
- Experience in woodworking and building solid wood furniture
- Experience with CAD software, CNC routers and wide belt sanders
- Forklift licence preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
