**Job Title: Support Worker (Arabic Speaking)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **House Cleaning**:

- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Assist with laundry and changing bed linens.

2. **Personal Support**:

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with daily living activities as needed, medication reminders.

3. **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with clients in Arabic, ensuring that their needs and preferences are understood and respected.
- Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support.

4. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Report any concerns or changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (If applicable)
- 100 points of ID
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Infection Free Training.
- First Aid and CPR Course Certificate
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken).
- Experience in house cleaning or caregiving preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients.
- **must be able to drive**

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible hours, including the possibility of weekends and evenings.
- Travel to client homes within the designated area.
- at times client is in need of emergency care.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greenacre, NSW 2190
