**Please note. This role does not exist currently and is an expression of interest. It will be established on 1st November when we take business management rights of a petrol station in the Illawarra region. We are preemptively recruiting our manager for this site to start the job on November 1st**

YOU do not need to have specific petrol station experience but it will surely be a bonus. Some management experience running a busy operation (retail, hospitality, quick food service etc...) is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across fuel, shop, and food service areas
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a positive, high-performing team culture
- Drive compliance with WHS, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Oversee rostering, payroll, and cost control to meet financial targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure site presentation, branding, and merchandising are always of a high standard
- Implement operational policies, cash handling, and loss prevention measures

We will also offer financial bonus or incentives for hitting performance goals like sales numbers etc (to be discussed).

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
