We are Ripper Online, an Australian retail & wholesale company that provides sales in Security Systems, Hi-Fi, and Accessories located in Truganina, VIC. We are a rapidly growing security company that is looking to add members to our team.

We are looking for an outgoing and passionate person who can be our Store/Warehouse Assistant to help our team in taking and processing orders as well as customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team and expand your knowledge/skills.

**About The Role**:

- Job Title: Store / Warehouse / Sales Assistant
- Full Time / Casual

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction such as greeting, taking, and processing customers’ orders.
- Operating cash registers.
- Sorting out products to be delivery ready.
- Some heavy-lifting is required to move bulk items between places.
- Regularly check the shelves and updated with our products.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work and assist collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to learn new things and our products.
- Strong attention to detail.
