**About the role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Manager to be responsible for the clinical & and operational management of this leading aged care facility in Rye. This facility has approximately 100 beds and the role will include delivery of clinical care excellence, responsibility for managing the day to day operations of the facility including leading a team of healthcare professionals, & managing occupancy levels. You will be required to manage the finances of the village within budgetary guidelines, foster strong relationships in the local community and work with department managers to develop strategic plans and objectives for the facility.

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Residential Manager, Clinical Manager or Director of Nursing in aged care
- Ideally a Registered Nurse background with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of ACFI and Accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
