**POSTION DESCRIPTION**

1. Assist in interviewing clients and assisting clients in completing questionnaire

2. Assisting solicitors in their practice including Court attendance

3. Drafting letters to clients and maintain client file

4. Assisting with telephone inquires

5. Client file management

6. Issuing invoices and confirming payments

7. Scheduling client appointments

8. Updating calendar and general office duties

9. General researching previous cases and filing court items in person or electronically

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate

Pay: $56,414.72 - $93,645.53 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
