To be successful you will need:
Essential
- 1-2 years experience in a key customer service and/or tourism role.
- Excellent verbal communications skills with demonstrated ability to respond appropriately to difficult situations
- Demonstrated ability to create displays, brochures
- Demonstrate ability to perform computer generated tasks, POS and word processing
- Demonstrated ability to reconcile end of day cash, EFTPOS, and POS transactions
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, meet deadlines and to prioritise tasks

Desirable:

- Formal qualifications in Tourism, Marketing or a related area.
- Previous employment with local government, the public service or relevant industry experience
- Class ‘C’ drivers licence.
