Our Cotton Gin facilities receive and process raw cotton to remove cottonseed and compress clean lint into cotton bales ready for export. - We are looking for hard working and reliable individuals for permanent Assistant Ginner and Ginner positions at our Beardmore Gin. In these roles you will be part of a small team and be involved in all aspects of cotton ginning operations including but not limited to:
- supervising a seasonal team of workers during day or night shift
- monitor production, conduct preventative maintenance and resolve breakdowns promptly to ensure downtime is minimized
- ensure safe systems of work and sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision is provided for optimal health and safety

- mechanically minded
- safety-aware and have fitness to handle long shifts during the season
- hard-working and resilient
- eager to learn and able to think on your feet and troubleshoot
- respectful and able to interact with people from many diverse cultures
- responsible and take ownership for outcomes by working well with the broader team
