**Luxury Home Accessories - Chadstone**
Our client is a prestigious home accessories and electronics brand who have a developed history of working within the luxury space through connecting with HNWI - we are now on the search for a talented Showroom Manager for their Chadstone Showroom.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the store, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building a highly motivated team and developing associates to the next level.
You will also have a strong passion for client experience, with the ability to understand the selling process for products, have evident clientelling experience and exceptional follow up.
You will bring |
- Demonstrated experience** **with a recognized luxury retail brand
- Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills and a strong desire to drive sales outcomes with every team member.
- A confident 'people-person' and conversationalist with impeccable personal presentation
- You will have managed sales teams before and know how to get the best out of the team.
- Admin tasks including handling web enquiries, stocktake, and various other admin functions.
Day to day will see you |
- Managing day-to-day operations of store, customer enquiries, team performance, stock, and showroom presentation
- Analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies.
- Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Regularly meet with your store team members to collaborate on product training, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation in line with international VM standards
- Communicates company set KPI's and identifies strategies to ensure performance standards are met.
- Hire, train and develop team members where necessary.
- Actively supporting and promoting company core values internally and to our customers
