**Employment Type**: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm

**Pay**: $33.38ph - $37.59ph

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

**About Goodstart Atwell**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Atwell is located in park-like surroundings in sunny Atwell, conveniently located opposite Atwell Primary School.

To allow for easy city commuting, we are located on a main bus route and a 5 minute drive from Cockburn Train Station. Our centre is a long standing trusted part of the Atwell community. We have many families who choose to return to us with new additions to their families.

Our centre was assessed by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority and we received an overall rating of ‘Exceeding’. This process is a National Framework, which rates all Childcare Centres across Australia against the National Quality Standards.
